Even so, he describes this career choice in simple words: “I’m following my dream.”

He did not accept the offer immediately because he wanted enough time to watch other teams and understand the league as a whole.
Only after six years of commentating, observing different organizations and styles, and studying how rules and trends were changing, did he feel ready to return.

Looking back now, he believes he has become a coach at the best possible moment.
His field experience, broadcast analysis, and in-depth knowledge of new rules like ABS have all come together to equip him to guide younger pitchers from multiple angles.

His first official day as an LG coach will be the 18th, the same number he wore on his jersey as a player.
